"My current body of work is a combination of finding my own personal inner boundaries and looking into some of the current events around the world. My interest in history, places and maps has led me to think how new borders and countries are created and old ones have been divided or erased. I have been looking at some old maps and especially those from southeastern Europe and I find it facinating how borders have been changed over the centuries and continue to change even today. Similarly my own perspective and inner boundaries shift as life experience alters my identity. In these series titled "Chaos and Control" I have been exploring this theme."
